The Giant GXH2525A-111H Pump

We would like to introduce you to the history behind the design of the Giant GXH2525A-111H consumer replacement pump offered to you by our company.

In the Spring of 2003 with the introduction of the new Ex-Cell HA2425 Pressure Washer, it did not take long to see there was going to be a need for a much higher quality, longer lasting replacement pump to replace to the Oil-Free Twin Cylinder Strap style D22306 / D21250 pumps that were coming on the EXHA2425 and HA2425-1 Pressure Washers being made by DeVilbiss.

The design of the Honda Engine and the short 7/8 output shaft made for a challenge to design a high quality oil lubricated replacement pump that could be a bolt on replacement for the Ex-Cell D22306 Oil-Free Strap Cylinder pump.

The Giant GXH2525A-112 Pump comes with a 1 year warranty from Giant Industries.

Note: Some companies are offering the Giant GXH2525A-112H pump with a 2 year warranty. Please be advised this is not a manufactures warranty, this is an extended warranty from those suppliers choosing to advertise and sell the Giant GXH2525A-112H pump with a 2 year warranty. The additional 1 year warranty beyond the original Giant Manufacturing warranty must be covered by the dealer selling the Giant GXH2525A-112H replacement pump and will not be honored by Giant Authorized warranty centers as a manufactures warranty.

M & S Services lead service engineer contacted Giant Industries and American Company located in Toledo, Ohio and along with their research and development team efforts combined to deliver the first prototype Giant GXH2525A-111H pump for testing.

After several changes to the Giant GXH2525A-111H pump and countless hours of testing under vary conditions the two companies felt they had a very high quality and cost effective replacement pump with the GXH2525A-111H pump.

Shortly after this the New Giant GXH2525A-111H went into production and the first skid of pressure washer replacement pumps were delivered to M & S Service Company Inc by Giant Industries.

Since that time Giant Industries has produced thousands of GXH2525A-111H replacements to replace the Oil-Free Strap Cylinder D22306 pumps from their 90,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution center located in Ohio.

In late Fall of 2009 Giant Industries made some minor changes to the Giant GXH2525A-111H high pressure pump and also assigned a new revised part number to the replacement pump. The new Giant GXH2525A-112H pump is now the replacement for the Giant GXH2525A-111H.

The new revised Giant GXH2525A-112H pump is exactly the same as the GXH2525A-111H as far as how the new Giant GXH2525A-112H mounts up to the Honda Engine.

The changes in the Giant GXH2525A-112H were made in the increased quality and reliability of the pump along with the ability to make further adjustment to the unloader valve. These changes to the Giant GXH2525A-111H / GXH2525A-112H makes this pump the best replacement pump choice in the industry for the 7/8 shaft application engine configuration.

The Giant GXH2525A-111H / GXH2525A-112H Consumer replacement pump has been designed, engineered and tested for quality by our two companies and is now pleasing customers all over the world as the number one replacement pump offered for the Oil-Free Strap Cylinder Pumps and is preferred over the original equipment pump these series of pressure washer came with.

It is important to remember this GXH2525A-111H / GHX2525A-112H is design as a horizontally mounted replacement pump and is not designed to be used in a vertical mounted application.
